Feed industry is one of the most significant elements towards the successful realization of economic goals in poultry, aquaculture and livestock raising. This case study was conducted to present the management and operations of Eriq Farm Supply located at Barangay Ortiz, Naguilian, La Union which aimed to design an action plan for the improvement of the business. The researchers gathered primary, secondary, and tertiary sources of data through case study method, interview guide, and immersion. Findings revealed that Eriq Farm Supply are faced with expanding products, increasing number of livestock raisers, available trainings and distant warehouse from sales office. Thus, proposed action plan focused on offering new products of PILMICO Animal Nutrition Corporation, acquire additional service vehicles for faster product delivery, enhance the employee knowledge, and skills about the feeds industry, and expand the company’s business.
