Workplace diversity is the variety of differences among people in an organization which sounds simple, but diversity encompasses race, gender, culture, age, personality, tenure, organizational function, education, background and more. This study aimed to identify the practices and strategies relative to workplace diversity of hospitals in the City of San Fernando, La Union. Descriptive research design was used to describe the information gathered, and frequency and percentage were used in data analysis which was taken from the four (4) respondent hospitals in the City of San Fernando, La Union. Findings revealed that hospitals have practices and strategies relative to human resource management functions of diverse age, gender, ethnicity/race (Indigenous People), being differently-abled, and years of experience or length of service.
