iGradPortal is an Online Graduate Portal System of Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University. It has the following objectives: 1) To identify the functional and non-functional requirements of the iGradPortal; 2) To design and construct the iGradPortal; 3) To determine the level of usability of the iGradPortal. Descriptive and developmental method was utilized in the research, where interview and questionnaires were administered to respond to determine the objectives of the iGradPortal System as well as the application of RAD model in the development of the proposed system Thus the developed iGradPortal contains all the features. The alumni can register and login, input data, and update their profile. The alumni head and facilitator can post, upload file, update their accounts and generate report of all the colleges. The researchers used RAD model to design and construct the iGradPortal. The USE Questionnaire was used to determine the usability of the iGradPortal with a summary of 4.00 average mean which is interpreted as Much Usable.
