    The main purpose of this proper is to study about the benefits and challenges of online business transactions in the City of San Fernando, La Union. A review of related literature from various characters found from internet sources. The findings of this study reveal the benefits, challenges, and validated online business strategies for the people within the location which is when they are involved in online business transactions they can cop and adopt to any kind of situation or pandemic that may have happen in the future. Even though there is challenge in conducting online business transactions, there are many brave online sellers out there take the challenge to do online businesses transactions because they will realize and greatly understand the benefits of engaging to online business transactions which can make their living and economy grow.
