This study aimed to determine the compliance of water refdling stations in the City of San Fernando, La Union to FDA Administrative Order no 39. series of 1996. The survey involved 57 water refilling stations within the city, made use of a questionnaire to gather data, documentary analysis to validate data, and frequency count to analyze data. The study revealed that many of the standards set in the FDA A.O. No. 39 series of 1996 were complied by water refilling stations.
