This study presents an intensive study of Bank of Commerce in the City of San Fernando, La Union in its management systems along with its general environment. This study describes the management systems of the bank such as marketing, operations, human resource, and finance which are relative to the impact of the general environment, industry, and market share that shapes the global development and operation of banking institutions. It was analyzed using SWOT Analysis, financial analysis, and prioritization tools for data analysis. The analysis revealed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats which were weighted according to their importance to highlight the major internal and external elements. The selected major strategies were prioritized to generate the four strategies for a strategic management plan which contained the four program recommendation for the improvement of the bank.en-USBank of commerce:A case studyThesis
