The Descriptive Research Design was used and helped the researcher to find answers to questions relating to the perceived status of biomedical services of ITRMC. The questionnaire was pilot tested to 25 respondents from the Region 1 Medical Center, Dagupan City and 298 staffs served as respondents for the Ilocos Training and Regional Medical Center. The goals of biomedical services in ITRMC are realized and accomplished. The biomedical staff are administratively excellent along technical and financial aspects of their duty. Work motivation and administrative capabilities are highly achievedregardless of position or nature of work in ITRMC.en-USThesis
