Data were gathered from 491 graduate respondents using a survey questionnaire and were analyzed using frequency counts, percentage, and multiple linear regressions. As a result, in relation to the graduate respondents’ employment status indicators to their profile, the determinants of their employability are sex, region of origin, location of residence, year graduated, honor(s) or award(s) received, professional examination(s) passed, relevance of the curriculum in college to the first job and number of training or advance study attended.enFactors related to the employability of the bachelor of science in business administration graduatesThesis
