The main objective of this case study is to design an action plan. Specifically, the study aims to: identify the information relevant to the operations of the company; identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by the company; formulate strategies to address the major concern faced by the company; and design an action plan based on the chosen strategies .The researchers used the descriptive method to describe and answer questions which concern the external and internal environment. SWOT Analysis used to analyze external and internal information such as Marketing, Human Resource, Operations and Financial Management for internal information. Specifically, the Income Statements and Balance Sheet were considered to measure profitability, solvency and liquidity.en-USThesis
