Filipinos were fond of eating native rice cakes for all seasons. The general objective of the study is to develop an Improvised Native Rice Cake Mixer. Specifically, it achieved to design and fabricate as well asto evaluate its level of technical soundness, level of functionality, and level of acceptability. The design of the Improvised Native Rice Cake Mixer is acceptable since it uses the mixer to provide faster mixing time. The machine will help lessen users work It also provide excellent output and makes work area less messy. The purpose of this machine was to produce more products at a given time than working with a manual input. Moreover, findings also showed that the Improvised Native Rice Cake Mixer was rated excellent for its level of technical performance in terms of durability, distance, and efficiency, and safety operation.x, 35 p.: ill.
