Since feed costs make up about 70% of the total cost of intensive poultry production systems, the availability of cheap feeds is one of the most important factors for industry development. Bokashi is consists of different good bacteria yeast and lactic acid that can help chicken to enhance growth rate through improved digestibility of feeds, for optimum performance. This study aims to determine the growth performance and profitability of broilers fed with Bokashi. Sixty (60), 14-days- old broiler chicks was distributed into four treatments: control (100% commercial feeds), 30% Bokashi (T1) , 40% Bokashi (T2), 50% Bokashi (T3) with three blocks following the Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) having five (5) birds per cage. The study revealed significant result on the final weight, gain in weight, feed conversion ratio, and profit above cost and medicine. Meanwhile, the dressing percentage, weight of heart, liver, gizzard, and intestine were not significantly affected by the different levels of Bokashi. Results showed that the 30% group had significantly higher weight gain and profitability above feed, medicine, and stock costs.enThesis
