Specifically, it answered the following: profile of the guidance personnel, profile of the guidance office, extent of attainment of the objectives of the Guidance Services of the Technical Vocational High Schools in La Union, problems met by the guidance personnel in the performance of their responsibility in guidance ,the level of implementation, effectiveness and functionality of the guidance services, the relationship between profile of the guidance personnel and the profile of the guidance office with the level of implementation, effectiveness and functionality of the guidance services. Results became the basis for the Guidance Program. Levels of attainment of the objectives of the guidance services were moderate. There were seven problems met by the guidance personnel in the performance in their responsibility in guidance. Guidance services were consistent moderate, in terms of implementation, effectiveness and functionality.enThesis
