Using the descriptive research design, the study was conducted through incidental sampling. The data were gathered through the aid of questionnaire, supported by interviews and personal observation. A total of two hundred (200) respondents were selected for the study, comprised of 100 vendors and 100 buyers/consumers. The data were analyzed and interpreted using frequency counts, percentages, means, average means and t-tests. Results revealed a positive impact in the implementation of the Plastic Bag Use Regulatory Ordinance. The positive outcomes of the ordinance primarily on the environment were highly attained.
