There were 163 who served as respondents in the study (150 external respondents and 13 internal respondents). Respondents were personally interviewed with the use of a prepared questionnaire. Mean, percentage, frequency count and T-test were used to treat the data. Results showed that 54.60% of the respondents were females and 45.40% were males. Most of the respondents were from the age bracket of 35-44 (30.06%). Majority of them were married. Most of the respondents had undergone formal education. Most of the respondents were with a monthly income of below 5000 pesos. Majority of the respondents were from the size member of 5-6 with a percent of 37.42. The perceptions of the respondents regarding the implementation of Solid Waste Management Program during collection, transfer, and disposal of solid wastes were rated implemented. While on the recycling and information dissemination were both rated implemented. The perceptions of the respondents regarding to the overall criteria on the level of implementation of Solid Waste Management Programs were posted rating of implemented. The perceptions of the respondents indicated significant difference among the two groups of respondents.
