(a) Determine the socio-demographic profile of the respondents; (b) determine the vulnerability of the developed system; (c) assess the acceptability of the Property Inventory Management System and (d) determine the significant difference in the perception of respondents according to sex and type of respondents. This study made use of the descriptive and developmental research with an interview, journal review, and survey questionnaire as the main tools in gathering data. The respondents of this study are composed of IT experts, Supply Office Staff and employees of DMMMSU - NLUC. The results were as follows: (a) the socio-demographic profile of the respondents showed that most of the responds were female and less than half of the respondents were at the age of 31 to 35 years old; (b) The developed system can effectively withstand online platform security and vulnerability attacks. (c) the system was acceptable; and (d) there is no significant difference in the Performance efficiency and a not significant difference in the Usability in the perception of the respondents according to sex, and a not significant difference in both the Performance Efficiency and Usability in the perception of the respondents according to the type of respondents.
