Correlational method was used and questionnaire was the main gathering tool. The results showed that majority of thefarmers in Lomboy, Sto.Tomas, La Union are middle adulthood; married; high school graduates; have a monthly income of 1000-5000 pesos. The level of leadership capabilities of the respondents in all the categories - representation, reconciliation, tolerance of uncertainty, persuasion, initiation of structure, tolerance and freedom, role assumption, consideration, production emphasis, predictive accuracy, integration and superior orientation - is high. Lastly, monthly and educational attainment are significantly related to leadership capabilities.en-USThesis
