It was conducted at the backyard of Greenville Apartment V, DMMMSU-NLUC from November 20 to December 24, 2013. Using Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD), ninety 14-day old chicks were distributed at random in the different treatments replicated three times. Results of the study revealed that the final weight and gain in weight of birds fed with different levels of avocado seed meal and ipil-ipil leaf meal were comparable with each other, however, significantly lower than those birds fed with pure broiler starter mash. On the feed consumption, birds fed with pure broiler starter mash was comparable to the feed consumption of birds fed with 20% ipil-ipil leaf meal, 5% avocado seed meal + 15% ipil-ipil leaf meal and 10% avocado seed meal + 10% ipil-ipil leaf meal. On the other hand, feed conversion ratio and profit above feed, medicine and stock cost of birds showed insignificant result.en-USAvocado (Persea americana mill.) seed meal and ipil-ipil (Leucaena leucocephala) leaf meal as feed extender for broilersThesis
