A total of 243 respondents grouped as administrators/faculty/tutors, students and alumni were used. The study determined the profile, extent of attainment of objectives of DOUS and program offerings, level of compliance to CMO 27, s. 2005 and level of functionality of DOUS as bases in the formulation of development plan. The findings of this study revealed that there is a fluctuating trend in the number of enrolment and graduates for the past 5 years. The profile of administrators/faculty/tutors, students and alumni consists of age, gender, highest educational attainment, length of service, affiliation, status of employment, trainings attended and others were gathered. The extent of attainment of DOUS objectives and program offerings, level of compliance to CMO 27, series 2005, level of functionality of DOUS were rated high. In terms of SWOT analysis along extent of attainment of objectives, level of compliance to CMO requirements and level of functionality of DOUS, the following findings came out: a) the extent of attainment of DOUS objectives and the objectives of program offerings are considered strength; b) the level of DOUS compliance to CMO 27 posted an overall mean of4.19 which is a strength; c) the level of functionality of DOUS along professional growth and clientele satisfaction was considered as strength. In terms of the level of validity of the development plan along beneficially, objectivity, specificity, usability, measurability and acceptability, it was found out to be highly valid The output of this study which is a Five Year Development Plan for DOUS highlights key result areas (KRAs) and programs/projects/activities (PPAs) that can be integrated in the overall development plan of DOUS for the next five years.en-USSOCIAL SCIENCES::Social sciences::EducationThesis
