The research involved profiling the respondents and examining financial strategies related to fund management, financial risks, working capital , profitability, and liquidity. Data was collected from 50 food cart vendors/owners in San Fernando, La Union, using a questionnaire and purposive sampling. The findings highlighted the varied profiles of the respondents and the high level of profitability in their businesses.
