It also includes the ability to handle the risks that come with running a business. Competencies focusing into Technical, Human and Conceptual can be applied to many different jobs in the courier service industry. The researchers used descriptive research method as the primary instrument of the data collection. The finding revealed that the respondents are technically, conceptually and humanly competent.
