This study aims for senior high school graduates in the City of San Fernando, La Union, by examining the profile of industries, available job positions. and preferred 2lst-century skills required by employers. This study employed a researcher-designed survey within a quantitative descriptive research design. Data were gathered from 343 registered micro-enterprises in the City of San Fernando, La Union, using frequency, percentage, and median. The study reveals that micro-enterprises in the City of San Fernando, La Union, primarily offer low-skill service jobs.
