The study was conducted from October 24, 2010 to November 25, 2010 at the Piggery Project of Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University - North La Union Campus, Bancotan, La Union. Twelve heads of 135-day-old fatteners that were previously fed with starter for 90 days, grower for 90 days and finisher for 90 days were used in the study employing Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four replications. Result of the study showed that the fatteners fed with commercial hog starter, grower and finisher for 90 days plus starter for another 30 days did not show significant variations on the final weight, gain in weight, feed conversion ratio and profit above feed and stock cost except on feed consumption which was found significant.en-USCompensatory growth of fishing pigsThesis
