Specifically, it determined the profile of Grade 8 Araling Panlipunan teachers as to their temperament and teaching style, and of Grade 8 students as to their learning style and performance. Relationships were determined between teaching style and temperament, teaching style and students’ learning style, teachers’ temperament and students’ learning style, learning style and students’ performance, teaching style and students’ performance, and between temperament and students’ performance. Findings showed that the dominant temperament of Grade 8 Araling Panlipunan teachers was Extroversion Sensing Thinking Judging (ESTJ) type while their preference for teaching were the Intuition Feeling (NF) and Sensing Feeling (SF) styles. The Grade 8 students were mostly visual- introverted learners. Significant relationships were found between teaching style and students’ learning style; teaching style and students’ performance; and teachers’ temperament and students’ performance.
