Thus, this study endeavored to determine the sources of applicants, recruitment practices, and selection practices of fastfood chains in the City of San Fernando, La Union. This survey gathered data from managers and employees of the fastfood chains through a researcher-administered questionnaire, which were analyzed using frequency, percentage, and weighted mean. Findings revealed that the respondent fastfood chains source applicants from former employees and job advertisement, recruit applicants using newspaper, television, webpage, and YouTube, and prefer personally submitted curriculum vitae.
