After more than a year of lockdowns, the food service sectors are slowly opening their doors again to the customers. Therefore, the researchers decided to conduct a study about the behavior of the customers to determine if there were changes on their behavior before and during COVID-19 pandemic. This research used quantitative-descriptive research. The respondents were the customer of fast-food restaurants located in the City of San Fernando, La Union. The data gathered accordingly and tabulated using the Frequency and Percentage Distribution. The results revealed that the customers have made a massive change during COVID-19 as they have become more conscious and responsible in wearing facemasks and observing social distancing.xi, 56 p.: ill.
