As part of the briquetting process, a prototype of a Used Oil Fueled Carbonizer/Dryer was developed to produce charcoal and address environmental concerns such as forest deforestation and the volume reduction of agricultural waste. The Used Oil Fueled Carbonizer /Dryer turned raw material into a useful carbon product by operating at high temperatures while eliminating moisture. This emphasized the carbonizer/dryer’s dual functionality, energy efficiency, and environmental advantages, which make it a flexible and sustainable option for producing renewable energy from agricultural waste. Data were acquired through the testing of the constructed used oil-fueled carbonizer/dryer production time, production rate, and efficiency. The used oil-fueled carbonizer/dryer is a sustainable energy management tool that reduces waste, offers an alternative fuel source, promotes recycling, reduces water contamination, and enhances drying efficiency, aligning with sustainable development goals and promoting recycling.enUsed oil fueled carbonizer/dryerThesis
