This study determined the Operations and Profitability of Laundry and Dry-Cleaning Shops in the City of San Fernando, La Union. Data were gathered from 36 laundry and dry-cleaning shops in the City of San Fernando, La Union using a validated questionnaire and analyzed using frequencies, percentages, profitability ratios, Cramer’s V, and Spearman Rho. Findings revealed that all of the operations management practices such as service promotion, type of services, service pricing, operating schedule, no. of equipment and machines, payment method and delivery method of the respondents were practiced, and they have been profitable from 2020-2022.
