Influence of Different Bio-Organic Inputs for Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus sajor-cajo). Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (Major in Crop Science). Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University-North La Union Campus, College of Agriculture, Bacnotan, La Union. Adviser: Sagun, Analyn V., Ph.D. One of the most charming points is that mushrooms are grown in agricultural waste. Hence, this study was conducted through the influence of different bio-organic inputs for oyster mushroom (pleurotus sajor-cajo) as effect on the plant growth and yield. It was conducted at Cabarsican, City of San Fernando, La Union from December 25, 2021 to March 7, 2022. Three hundred sixty fruiting bags were used in the experiment at the mushroom house. The experimental fruiting bags were randomly distributed into six treatments following the Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) in three blocks. The result of the study revealed that effective microorganism, fermented plant juice, fermented fruit juice, lactic acid bacteria serum, seaweed tea did not significant influence the performance of the mushroom production in term of number of days to cover the whole substrate with mycelia, number of days from incubation to first harvest, number of small harvest basidiocarps per fruiting bags, number of medium harvest basidiocarps per fruiting bags, number of large harvest basidiocarps per fruiting bags to the control treatment.Influence of different bio-organic inputs for oyster mushroom (Pleurotus sajor-caju)Thesis
