Pandemic brought business into closures and challenges, nevertheless after quarantines and lockdowns, businesses continue to operate and extreme competition appears as a spontaneous challenge. This study intends to perceive the marketing strategies of owners and employees in selected salon business that thrive during pandemic up to present. Descriptive methods were adapted in the analysis of the study and questionnaires were used as the main data gathering tool. Frequency counts and percentage were used to measure the profile of respondents, status of salon business and problems encountered by the respondents while the weighted mean was utilized to perceive the marketing strategies of salon business in the city. The respondents of this study were the owners and employees form selected salon businesses in the City of San Fernando, La Union.
