This study aimed to assess the awareness of the 115 employees in the municipality of Luna, La Union about QMS. The descriptive correlation was used as a research design, while frequency counts, percentages, median type of average, and a 5-point Likert Scale are used to analyzed in the survey instrument. The findings show that the Employees’ employment status majority are (51.3%) contract of service or job order, almost half (45.2%) are 1-5 years in service, a few (20.9%) are working in the mayor’s office, some (22.6%) are designated as administrative aide I, and almost all (95.7%) are college graduate. The result of the study revealed that the LGU Employees are very aware of the QMS and there is a significant relationship between the level of awareness and respondents’ profile.xi, 104 p.: ill.
