The Multi¬Deck Horizontal Reciprocating Sand and Gravel Sifter was designed to effectively and efficiently maintain the necessary supply volume of screened sand. The machine aims to reduce the workload and improve the quality of work of the people working in small-scale construction by providing access to a sifting machine that is highly efficient, cost-effective, and can be operated even by unskilled laborers. Developmental research design was used employing actual assembly and direct observation of the performance of the equipment. The machine has been determined to be lighter and more user-friendly, with a simpler design to operate and maintain in contrast to the manual sifting, rotary, and solar-powered sand and gravel sifter. It measured a 23.08 kilograms per minute throughput capacity while its screening effectiveness was 48.196% for 2-Mesh and 46.678% for 8-Mesh. It was concluded that the machine has enough throughput capacity to handle multiple aggregates within a certain timeframe which proves to be beneficial for laborers in VC Abuan Aggregates & Concrete Products.x, 90 p.: ill.
