This study sought to attain the following objectives: (1) to determine the requirements of E-Appointment in terms of: (a) data, process, output (h) software architecture (c) hardware and software requirements; (2) to design and construct the E-Appointment.; (3) to determine the level of usability of the E-Appointment. The researchers used descriptive and developmental research methods. The researchers utilized the Application Development Life Cycle (MADLC) model.
