The study was conducted to determine the profile, financial management practices, and productivity of microfinance institutions, and the relationship between their financial management practices and productivity. Data from 14-microfinance institutions were gathered using a validated questionnaire and were analyzed using frequency counts, percentages, median, and Spearman’s Rho. The respondents always practiced their financial management and are very highly productive.
