It used descriptive research and the QUIS 7.0 questionnaire with 350 respondents composed of parents/guardians, teachers, students, and technical experts. The application can access records from the Registrar's database through desktop computers, laptops, and mobile phones. It provides accounts for students, parents/guardians, and teachers and includes login, account, assessment, grade viewing, and grade summary pages. The respondents found the application easy to operate, easy to learn, consistent, and helpful.enArticle
