This study is conducted to assess the pedagogy of public elementary schools teachers in Agoo Districts as a basis for a proposed sustainability program. The study used the quantitative descriptive-correlational method research. The data gathered were treated using frequency counts, percentages, average weighted mean, one-way analysis of variance, and pearson product moment correlation coefficient. It showed that majority of respondents were female who belong to 30-39 years old bracket and are married. Varied teachers’ pedagogy are often practiced and functioning well. No significant relationship was found between the personal and professional profile of the teachers and their pedagogy. A significant relationship was observed between the psychological profile and the pedagogy of the respondents.enThesis
