Specifically it answered the questions What is the level of adequacy of the ICT resources of Christ the King College High School in terms of its hardware, software and peopleware/ knoware; What are the capabilities and constraints of the existing system of the Alumni Association of Christ the King College in terms of its Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency and Service; dependent on the findings of the organizational requirements as to the level of adequacy of the ICT resources and capabilities and constraints of the existing system, What graduate tracking system could be developed for CKC and lastly What is the level of usability of the Online Graduates Tracking System for CKC HS in terms of its Attractiveness, Control, Efficiency, Helpfulness, Learnability and other factors. This study used the descriptive and developmental type of research and Rapid Application Development Methodology was used in developing the system. There were 101 respondents for this study consisting of the following: one (1) instructional media center administrator, three (3) guidance counselors of Christ the King College High School and ninety seven (97) graduating students of the school year 2010-2011. The researchers made use of a checklist adapted from the study of Engr. Cabading to measure the level of adequacy of the ICT Resources of CKC, for the capabilities and constraints of the existing system, Whetherbe’s PIECES framework evaluation questionnaire was used. After the development of the system, the researchers measured the level of its usability by administering the WAMMI/ WUCET questionnaire to the chosen respondents. To quantify the gathered results, the researchers made use of mean and grand mean as statistical tools for data interpretation. Findings of the study revealed that the hardware and software used in the organization are adequate but lack the peopleware for maintenance and operation. The existing graduate tracking system of Christ the King College High School - La Union, as agreed upon by the respondents, is a constraint to the organization.
