It sought to answer the primary sources of office waste and the office waste management practices through quantitative-descriptive approach, using a researcher-made questionnaire. The data were analyzed statistically using frequency, percentage and median. Findings shows that the primary sources of office waste are paper, plastic, metal, and food-related wastes, primarily due to routine administrative procedures, outdated systems, and dependence on disposable materials. The six municipalities implemented waste segregation, composting, and e-waste handling, reflecting general compliance with sustainable waste management. Additional efforts included labeling bins, digitizing documents, office maintenance, and recycling, showing progress in staff engagement and digital transformation. However, lack of sustainable waste practices like waste auditing, digitalization, and employee participation programs showed urgent necessity for focused, strategic, and accountable ways to enhance sustainability efforts in office settings.xi, 105 p.: ill.
