Specifically, it sought answers to the following objectives: determine the respondent's profile; determine the challenges experienced by BSOA Students in flexible learning in terms of: a) Self-Regulation; b) Technological Literacy and Competency; c) Technological Sufficiency; d) Technological Complexity; and e) Learning Environment. The descriptive method of research was used in the study. A total of three hundred eighty-eight (388) BSOA students were selected through simple random sampling. All the gathered data were analyzed and interpreted using the frequency count and percentage. The findings revealed that the online learning challenges of college students varied in terms of the type of challenges.
