Specifically, this study assessed the performance of 107 student interns in terms of job knowledge, quality of work, dependability, organization, initiative, and industry, as well as their attitude towards work, cooperation, and personality. This study aimed to identify the significant difference between the level of their internship performance when grouped as to their profile. Data were gathered online from 107 BSBA Human Resource Management students (A.Y. 2022-2023 to 2024-2025) using an official Internship Performance Evaluation Form, and analyze through Microsoft Excel and Jamovi for frequency counts, percentages, and Mann-Whitney U Tests, revealing that most student interns were female, and employed to public offices. The findings also revealed that the BSBA HRM student interns have excellent performance across all aspects. The study found that all variables had no significant difference from each other. Further, the findings show that a positive personality towards work is the most prominent outstanding trait of the student interns, while lack of confidence is the most frequently cited weakness, and interpersonal skills are identified as a key area for development.xi, 91 p.: ill.
