(DMMMSU-OUS).https://lakasa.dmmmsu.edu.ph/handle/123456789/1496This study was conducted to assess the statues of the Inclusive Education Program as implemented in the elementary schools in Baguio City. The descriptive-correlative of research was utilized in this study with documentary analysis of the respondents and the questionnaire serve as the instruments in gathering pertinent data and information from the administrators, teachers, and pupils. Results manifested that the female respondents dominated the males in number. Age of respondents was within below 25 to above 60 although the 29–36 age bracket has the largest distribution. Most of the respondents who are teachers were bachelor degree holders for teachers, doctorate for school heads and administrators and most of the respondents are married. On the pupils profile male dominated in number of children with learning disability. Age respondents was within below 12. Age 7-8 has the largest distribution ADHD and kids with autism was the type of disability increasing On the school profile, there was an increasing trend of enrolment from 2009 through present. Majority of the schools are having partial inclusion on the IEP and has government permit .The results of this study indicated the extent of attainment on the objectives of IEP as Fairly Attained, level of awareness was rated as Moderately Aware and the level of readiness in the implementation of IEP revealed a Moderately Ready descriptive rating. The results revealed that there is a significant difference in the level of awareness, extent of attainment of the objectives and the level of readiness of IEP in the public and private elementary schools of Baguio City. It also proven that there is a positive correlation between the extent of attainment and the level of readiness on the implementation of IEP. On the level of readiness on the implementation of IEP, it revealed that the capabilities are along special activities and classmates. The constraints are along school policies and administrative support, physical facilities, teacher’s skills knowledge, teacher’s development, academic content and assessment and community.
