Further, a descriptive-survey method of research was utilized in the analysis of responses from 200 respondents for both public and private establishments. Each problems were analyzed using frequency and percentage, and for the significant difference, a non-parametric tool called Chi-Square was used for the data analysis. The findings revealed that BSOA graduates have more opportunities in entry-level jobs in both public and private establishments compared to the advanced office position and specialized office administration. Moreover, most of the establishments compensation can provide Pl0,000 and below. However, the possible benefits are good enough for the employees, as are the promotion and salary increase.
