This designed coconut meat grater and milk extractor comprises three main parts: an electric motor- powered coconut meat grater, an electric hydraulic press, and a clamp. The coconut will be shredded in the coconut grater driven by an electric motor and held in place by the clamp. Subsequently, it passes through the catch basin and into the milk extraction section, where the grated coconut meat will be extracted using an electric hydraulic press component. Pre-testing and post-testing were made to assess the functionality of the machine. The grating and extracting efficiency of the machine are 84.48 % and 84.79 %, respectively.
