The system integrates a microcontroller unit to control various mechanical components, including the feedstock dispenser and pelletizing mechanism. A significant feature of the system is its user-friendly operation, allowing operators to automatically make feed pellets with raw materials’ proper ratio, creating high quality pellets. The machine is designed to accommodate various raw materials such as coconut kernel and corn meal, rice bran, and agricultural wastes such as vegetables. The compact design makes it suitable for small to medium-scale farms and feed production facilities with a production rate of 233.820 g/min.enMicrocontroller-based feed pellet machineThesis
