Lakasa ti Sirib, DMMMSU Institutional Repository.https://lakasa.dmmmsu.edu.ph/handle/123456789/277Full textThe study entitled Naguilian National High School Library System achieved the following objectives: determined the ICT Profile of Naguilian National High School Library in terms of Hardware, Software, Peopleware and Network; determined the status of the existing library system of Naguilian National High School in terms of Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency, and Service; developed the Naguilian National National High School Library System; and determined the level of usability of the developed library system in terms Efficiency, Affect, Helpfulness, Control, and Learnability. The descriptive and developmental research design was used. Interview and survey questionnaires used in the assessment of the status of the existing library system and as well as in the evaluation of the developed system. Developmental type of research was used in the development of the library system with the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model, Visual Studio 2010 and My SQL as the data base plat form. Data gathered were analyzed by way of frequency count and mean. The study has a total of 169 respondents consisting of the students, faculty members and staffs and the school librarian. The respondents answer the survey questionnaire for the status of the existing library system and for the level of usability of the developed system. The respondents generally perceived that the existing system was a constraint in terms of Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency, and Services (PIECES.) The level of usability showed that the respondents generally perceived that the system is Very Highly Usable.
