Findings showed that most of the alumni-respondents are middleaged, graduates of MA in Guidance Counselling, permanent faculty members who have been working for eight years and have attended seminars and trainings. The psychological profile, school management support and level of career path of the respondents after graduation is high. Individual, organizational and environmental factors highly affect the respondents’ career concerns. .
