This study aimed to address these issues by introducing a novel strategy through the creation of the "Reprolearn" mobile application. This study used a descriptive research method and development life cycle approach on the development of the mobile application. The researchers devised a plan that included sending communication letters to school principals, obtaining informed consent signed by the respondents I parents, distributing the app to selected samples, and conducting a follow-lip survey to assess its acceptance. This study received approval from the Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University Research Ethics Committee after obtaining ethical clearance. This study was conducted from October 2022 to September 2023 which has a total of 365 participants. Purposive sampling which has an inclusion and exclusion criteria was used The survey questionnaire was adopted and modified based on International Organization for Standardization 25010. Six (6) expert reliability and validity assessments were performed on each survey questionnaire and application content as part of the validation process. Average weighted mean and frequency percentage were used to analyze data. According to the findings, Reprol.eam is highly acceptable in terms of Functional Suitability, Performance Efficiency, Compatibility, Usability, Reliability, Security, Maintainability and Portability attaining a grand mean of 4.43. Finally, Reprol.earn has the potential to be afun and educational solution to the urgent issue of adolescents' reproductive health in Agoo, La Union, by providing adolescents with the information and tools they need to make important decisions, potentially lowering teenage pregnancy and its associated risks.
