[Unpublished Undergraduate Thesis]. Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University - North La Union Campus, Sapilang, Bacnotan, La Union. Lakasa ti Sirib, DMMMSU Institutional Repository.https://lakasa.dmmmsu.edu.ph/handle/123456789/1090Due to high cost of feeds, this study was conducted to determine the performance of broiler fed with pure broiler starter mash against those fed with LABS fermented ration(25% corn and soybean fermented from 24 hours + 75% BSM, 25% corn and soybean fermented from 48 hours + 75% BSM, and 25% corn and soybean fermented from 72 hours as feed extender for broilers. This was conducted at Barangay Casiaman, Bacnotan, La Union from November 14 to December 19,2014. A total of 60 heads 14 day old broiler chicks were distributed randomly in 4 treatments following the RCBD in three blocks. The findings of the study revealed that the broilers fed with fermented 25% corn and soybean to lactic acid bacteria serum at varying duration (24,48 and 72 hours) performed comparably with the broilers fed with 100% commercial feed in terms of final weight, gain in weight, feed consumption, feed conversion efficiency and profit above feed, medicine and stock cost.en-USFermentation duration of Corn and Soybean to lactic acid bacteria serum (LABS) for broiler rationThesis
