This study traced BSOA graduates from 2019-2023, focusing on their sociodemographic characteristics, employment profile, the relevance of their degree program to their careers, the adequacy of school support services, employability factors, and their performance in the workforce. A descriptive predictive research design was used, with survey questionnaires distributed to graduates and employers. Data were analyzed to assess employability, job search duration, and skill relevance. The findings show that most BSOA graduates quickly found employment, though some faced challenges due to competition. Employers were satisfied with their technical skills, adaptability, and employability. The study recommends improving curricula, strengthening industry linkages, and enhancing career readiness to better prepare graduates for the workforce.xi, 119 p.: ill.
